This anthology was inspired by my time in Valencia, Spain.

It's corny to say 'I fell in love with' the city, but ask any expatriated soul who finds themselves living in VLC, and they will always answer with the same cliche!

This said, the move to a Spanish 'administrative' system (the joke is in the word) hasn't always been plain sailing. For a 'no pass nada', lively bunch, they sure love the red tape!

Therefore, this anthology highlights personal successes, struggles, and observations, as a Yorkshireman in these beautiful surroundings.
